山口光(ひかる):
1971年、東北の仙台市に、クリスチャン・ホームの次男として誕生。15才の時に米国オクラホマ州のミッションスクールに入学(米国留学は私にとり一種の「自分探しの冒険」でした)。17才にイエス様を信じ、カリフォルニア州のバイオラ大学に進学。デザイン科を卒業し、一年程、広告会社で勤務、その後24才で献身。1999年の春に東京聖書学院を卒業し、その夏、北米ホーリネス教団の任命を受けて現在のサンディエゴ北部に遣わされる。妻、喜恵。娘、祈(いのり)。
Pastor Mark McClure:
Mark became a Christian in
1970 through Young Life in high school in Baltimore, Maryland. From Young
Life work Mark moved into his first church position as a Youth Worker at
Central Presbyterian Church. Since that first church position he has since
worked with 8 other churches including North County Japanese Christian
Church. He attended Fuller Theological Seminary and graduated in 1987.
Mark has also worked as a professional crisis intervention counselor, an ESL
teacher in Japan, and ran his own ceramics art studio. Mark paid his way
through college and seminary by performing construction work and currently
runs his own construction company as well as teaching guitar to kids. He is
married to Megumi McClure whom he met in Nagasaki, Japan. They have three
boys; Riki
